Organic baby bibs with ‘pure’ style

Seriously stunning pram shoes

 

Oh so, so beautiful are these baby shoes, I wanna cry!  The explosive colours… hot fuchsias, aquamarine blues, sunshine yellows, lipstick reds… all made out of soft wool felt for babies under 9 months.  They’re sold on Etsy, the shop’s called LaLa Shoes and they cost from $36 plus $6 for shipping.  Give these baby shoes as a gift if you can bear to part with them, or put them on your baby and swoon away!

Colour-tastic baby beads

Is it newborn week? Seems to be at the house of ebabee as I have another treat for the new arrivals.  These colour-tastic beads are an eye-catchingly super alternative to traditional rattles.  Made of eco-friendly rubberwood they’re coated in colours free of nasty toxins so babies can chew away! A hot bath

Baby baths just got hot.  These are so uber-cool you’ll probably want to keep them on display.  They’re shaped in the style of tummy tubs and measure 41cms high.  They come with a double wall which keeps the water warm for longer and you can choose from fuchsia, lime or aqua.  I love’m all!  The Hoppop Bano costs from £24.26 with free delivery and is made for newborns.  And when the bambino graduates to a bigger bath, the bano will make a cool and handy toy storage drum.

Newbee eye-candy

Been on the hunt for a newbee gift as a friend’s about to deliver.   So off I went surfing and clicking and voila!  I stumbled across Wee Gallery and fell in love.  Their black & white animal cards are quite the eye-candy for newbees.  They’re printed from hand-painted originals, come as a set of 6 cards and you can choose from sea, jungle, farm, garden animals and more.  Each set costs a tenner plus £4.50 delivery.  There’s also an original collection which is a combo of  different animals.  They come in a nice presentation box and the cards have rounded corners so they’re baby friendly.  A hot present that’s cool too.

Wee.Go

My hearts beating super fast, my pulse racing.  Ooh the excitement of finding something that is super functional, practical, green and stylish.  Wee.Go bottles.  How cool do they look?  Made of glass, which is unusual for a baby bottle but has clear advantages – no nasty chemicals can leak in to the milk, it doesn’t scratch like plastic bottles and it’s recyclable.  The silicone outers come in the most delicious colours and prevent the bottle from breaking.  Even the glass used is purer, higher quality and stronger than normal glass and can handle freezing and boiling.  There’s loads of info on Life Factory’s site so you can have a look for yourself.

The bottles come in 2 sizes, have 4 different teat flows, the teats are medical grade and the caps can even be used as a cup.  The bottles, teats and all accessories are free of nasties like BPA, phthalates, polycarbonates, last for years and are dishwasher safe.  The silicone outers make for easy gripping with little hands.  The large bottles cost £11.50, the small cost £8 plus around £3 for delivery from Hamillbaby.  You don’t have to use Wee.Go teats – most standard teats will fit on their bottles.

Made for hugs

That’s what these dolls are made for, so say Sophie & Lili, their creators.  I’m not the worlds biggest doll fan but when I saw these I instantly became one.  They’re super cute, handmade, one of a kind dolls from America.  They come in blonde, brunette or red-head and I’m so loving the back of each doll which is covered in a different funky fabric to complement the dolls dress.  You can even have your name sewn on to the back, just let them know the name when you order.

These dollies are available from the Sophie & Lili website and cost $25 each plus $5 for shipping across the pond.  They’re perfect as cuddly, huggable toys for toddlers and would make an oh so sweet and girly gift.  They’re also available as minis and I’m thinking perfect pram buddy for a newbee.

Wee See

Being a fan of graphic art I got a bit over-excited when I came across Wee See.  They make DVD’s crammed with bold, graphic black and white images for babies.  The moving graphics accompanied by original playful music make for mesmerising viewing.  Their site allows you a peek at their DVD’s and it’s a pretty generous peek too.  The DVD’s cost $22 plus $10 for shipping to the UK.  Hearing the music, even daddee no.1 tore himself away from the Grand Prix to come and have a look.  I’m thinking perfect gift for a newbee or even for your own.  Stick the DVD on, let your baby get a dose of some pretty cool visuals while you get on with the never ending chores.
